
We are highly concerned about the young generation of Afghanistan, who shall move their country to the new qualitative level. VICC offer Internships to the young Afghan specialists who just finished Universities. We have been developing a list of new recruits and are actively interviewing candidates for strengths and weaknesses.
We continue the training programs in areas of construction, administration and management, what help to employees to receive job-based skills that they need immediately. Training is a crucial factor in staff performance in Afghanistan, where people don't have access to receive modern and comprehensive education. Each division is responsible for its own training initiatives.
VICC have several educational programs. "VICC Scholarship" offered once at year for the young people, who are eager to receive an engineering profession. Also VICC has undertaken educational support programs for young University Students to ensure that they graduate from either a local University or, in some cases, actually provides financial support for University programs outside of the country. These activities will ensure that we continue to build our firm with highly educated Afghan Citizens.
