
44% of VICC technical and engineering staff is of Afghanistan descent. Each of them plays an active role in the successful completion of all projects. The percentage of employees at VICC has increased to more then 90% of all full time employees being Afghanistan Citizens. More than 5,000 Afghanistan employees have been trained during the past four years. Our history is proven experience in the rebuilding efforts by private industry in conjunction with the Funding and Implementing agencies in Afghanistan.
VICC has junior, midlevel, and senior level participants from Afghanistan citizens in all disciplines: Accounting, Marketing, Administration, A/E Services, Construction Management, as well as construction workers.
VICC plays a major role in providing unskilled, skilled, and managerial employment for the local market.
VICC managers believe that sharing skills and professional experience is the best way to show young generation of Afghanistan the road to the future success. Additionally, VICC is introducing junior engineers, Afghanistan graduates from Universities, to work as assistant engineers and on-site assistant project managers.
